LICENSED AIRCRAFT ENGINEER
Report To

Role Purpose
To undertake and supervise the maintenance, inspection, servicing, repair,replacement, modification, rectification and certification of aircraft in accordance with company and DCA approved methods and procedures for on time serviceability of aircraft.
Key Accountability
To carry out and certify the maintenance, inspection, servicing, repair, replacement, modification, rectification and certification on MAB as per company, DCA and other relevant aviation authority.
To carry out planning of work/assignment to Technicians to meet planned milestones. To update Lead Engineer Ops/Bay Foreman on the progress of the maintenance tasks/check for his zone.
To ensure the target tasks completed on time as set by the Lead Engineer Ops/Bay Foreman through effective utilisation of budgeted manhours for his zone and be accountable for team clocked manhours.
To undertake supervision of staff assigned to the aircraft and zone, by ensuring technicians availability, technicans assigned are sufficiently equipped with tools required, briefed on the works to be carried out and zone/workarea housekeeping are well kept.
To communicate with support sections such as Technical Services, Workshops, Quality Assurance, spare, etc. if required and to advise superior.
Qualification
SPM/SPMV - Science Others - Holding DCAM license cat B1 or B2.
Working Experience
4 years of aircraft maintenence experience
Skills & Knowledge
Highly motivated , good leadership, and able to mobilize and motivate work force. Able to work under pressure whilst providing safe aircraft for frontlines services and high quality products.
Key Challenges
Able to manage aircraft production line and to meet aircraft check target serviceability.
